If you or anybody in your household has traveled out of state or by plane in the last 14 days, your visit will need to be done either virtually via a telehealth visit (followed by a brief in person physical once your 14 day quarantine period is over) or rescheduled.                                                                                                                 A negative COVID test within the 14 days will not exempt you from this rule.  Clickhere for Travel Update

Please contact the office prior to your appointment if you or your child has ANY of the following symptoms:   runny nose, congestion, sore throat, fever, cough, shortness of breath, vomiting or diarrhea, or loss of taste or smell.

Only ONE caregiver will be allowed to attend an in person visit for children older than 2 months--other caregivers are welcome to video in.

COVID Testing:  We are able to refer for testing at select pediatric sites for symptomatic patients but there can be fluctuating delay in receiving an appointment/results.  Click here for other COVID-19 testing resources.

Influenza vaccines are still available.  Please contact our office to schedule ASAP.

Napping Difficulties—Behavioral Issues in Child Care and Schools

Napping Difficulties—Behavioral Issues in Child Care and Schools

Many children have sleep or nap problems at some time. Depending on the situations in which they live, their child care, and/or situations they experience, sleeping or napping problems may last a while or be resolved quickly. The most common cause of nap inconsistencies is being overtired and overstimulated.
