Check our Health Information page for some of the online resources we recommend. We have an interactive menu system available which you may find helpful in triaging the urgency of your child's condition.
During Normal Business Hours: Routine or less urgent health concerns should be directed to your physician during regular business hours. We will contact you about your concern as soon as possible. If you think your child needs an appoinment, urgently, please call the office. Children are seen by appointment only. Be sure to make separate appointment times for each sibling who is to be seen, this way, we can allow plenty of time for each patient. We are happy to provide same day appointments for urgent medical problems.
After Hours: If your child has an urgent medical need that cannot wait for regular office hours, call (510) 486-8344 to speak with an advice nurse.
Please remember that the advice line is for urgent after hours medical care only. Please contact your physician during normal business hours.
