Two fully vaccinated caregivers will be allow to accompany the patient on all visits.  (updated 10/18/2021)

Contact the office prior to your appointment if you or your child has ANY of the following symptoms:  runny nose, congestion, sore throat, fever, cough, shortness of breath, vomiting or diarrhea, or loss of taste or smell OR if you have travelled out of state in the last 10 days or been exposed to COVID-19 in the last 2 weeks.  Your visit may need to be rescheduled or changed.

Many school districts and counties have vaccine clinics now open.

City of Berkeley:   The City of Berkeley will also be offering vaccines for children ages 5-11every Tuesday during the month of November at a clinic located at 3282 Adeline St. from 11:30am to 6:30pm.  Also City of Berkeley and Carbon Health is teaming up to administer vaccines at three Saturday clinics at Malcolm X School--please check your emails from BUSD regarding how to get an appointment.
