We are administering the booster vaccines on the following dates: Wed 5/25, Thu 5/26, Fri 5/27 and Wed 6/1, Thu 6/2, Fri 6/3 and Saturday 6/4 until 12pm.
Please note that no other vaccines will be given during these clinics AND at least 5 months will need to have passed since your child's second dose. Please do not call the office to request appointments.
